Welcome! We’re glad that you came by. We’re a family of people who are about following Jesus and caring for each other and for our neighborhood. We want you to be comfortable to be who you are! All are welcome.
Sunday Worship Our Sunday Worship Time starts at 10:30 am and lasts for about 75 minutes. You can come in jeans or dress up. People will welcome you if you are new, but we won't make you stand up or single you out. Our services are online and in-person. We have a section for people who prefer to continue wearing masks, and a section for those who prefer to not wear a mask. You will see this marked on the rows in the sanctuary. Here's a bit of what to expect on a Sunday morning:
Worship In our time of worship we sing songs to praise God. Please worship God how you feel most comfortable. Feel free to dance, raise your hands, stand still or sit down. It’s about bringing Him glory!
Giving We believe in giving our time and resources to God. Every week we take time to give back to God some of what he has given to us during our “offering” time. Envelopes are provided in the pockets at the backs of the chairs in the sanctuary. We do encourage you to give if possible.
E-transfers can be sent via email to donate@crownpointcommunity.ca or envelopes can be dropped in the mailbox. If you’re visiting with us, please be our guest and feel absolutely no obligation to give.
Prayer Every week we pray for our church family and community during our Sunday Worship. Our prayer team is always available at the end of the service if you would like someone to pray with you.
Sermon Our pastors or other gifted individuals will teach us about living out teachings of the Bible in practical ways. Interaction and participation are welcome and encouraged. Click here to hear past sermons.
Children We love kids and they are welcome in all parts of our service. However, we know that sitting in a chair for an hour or so, may not be how they learn best. We have a nursery (ages 0-2) and Sunday School (ages 3-14) during the service. Children can go down to Sunday School after our time of worship together. Should you want your child to stay with you during the service, you are welcome to enjoy the adult service together. We also have a quiet room at the back where babies & young children can play while parents can hear the service. To learn more about our Sunday children's ministry, click here
